Job Summary

A freelance marketplace is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Create and updating documentation around customer service issues and knowledge base entries
  • Offer timely support to all customers and developers for any incoming inquiries or issues
  • Assist in de-escalating and mediating issues between developers and clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to self-direct and self-manage in a fast paced environment
  • 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to cover full weekend and evening shifts
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt to change
