Job Summary
A freelance marketplace is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Create and updating documentation around customer service issues and knowledge base entries
- Offer timely support to all customers and developers for any incoming inquiries or issues
- Assist in de-escalating and mediating issues between developers and clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to self-direct and self-manage in a fast paced environment
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience
- Flexibility to cover full weekend and evening shifts
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to change
