Job Summary

A financial services and workforce payment solutions company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as primary point of contact for managing customer software support
  • Providing product installation and customer training
  • Partnering with other technical support representatives to identify opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

  • College coursework or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to use database products, CRM software (Salesforce) and ticketing software
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
