A financial services and workforce payment solutions company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as primary point of contact for managing customer software support
- Providing product installation and customer training
- Partnering with other technical support representatives to identify opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- College coursework or equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to use database products, CRM software (Salesforce) and ticketing software
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
