A software developer is seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

  • Understanding the underlying technical issue regardless of the complexity
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering on escalated issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years as a CS professional
  • Must be technically savvy
  • Extensive experience providing technical support for an online product
  • Ideally, you’ve worked in a start-up, and/or a very fast paced work environment
