Job Summary

A beverage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and answer incoming support requests and client voicemails
  • Screen and approve incoming retailer and supplier registrations
  • Update and build new external documentation and resources

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Support or hospitality experience
  • Experience with Excel, Word, or similar software packages
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new processes typical of a fast-paced tech start-up environment
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks alongside more demanding troubleshooting issues
