A tech-enabled clinical enterprise needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a technical customer support role ideal
- High level of service deliverability
- Computer literacy, including command of Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfort and competence with a variety of patient-facing hardware components
- Analytical skills and ability to resolve technical problems
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for patients’ rights
