Job Summary

A tech-enabled clinical enterprise needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Boston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical customer support role ideal
  • High level of service deliverability
  • Computer literacy, including command of Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfort and competence with a variety of patient-facing hardware components
