Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the recruitment, training and development of the Technical Support team
  • Ensure world-class support for customers
  • Manage and execute Technical Support strategic projects and initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years experience leading remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment
