Job Summary
A software development company specializing in machine learning solutions has an open position for a Remote Technical Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop curricula and lesson plans for training technical and non-technical users
- Create training materials in written and audio-visual format to support learning objectives
- Deliver periodic training to technical and non-technical users, both internal and external to the Company
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years experience as a trainer in a small-to-medium-sized organization, such as a code school or SaaS organization
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills in English
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering training programs for a complex product with a large surface area
- Hands-on experience in working with common screensharing tools such as Loom
