Job Summary

A mutual insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Analyst IV.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing business operations to understand strengths and weaknesses
  • Providing leadership to assigned initiatives that are broad in scope or deep in complexity
  • Exercising initiative and creativity in seeking solutions to business issues and problems

Required Skills:

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
  • 5+ Years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use and practice the Solution Development Lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively create and guide others to create user stories, features and acceptance criteria
  • 3 years of recent related work experience in Scrum/Kanban, Project Delivery, business analysis, process design or technology development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or trade-off in related professional work experience
