Job Summary

A multi-faceted business services provider has an open position for a Remote Technology and Professional Services People Solutions Director .

Must be able to:

• Partner with the leadership teams on various strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement
• Partner with leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce

Required Skills:

• 15 + years of progressive leadership experience in People Solutions
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
• Understanding of technology/IT vernacular
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and proven track record of success
• Leadership driven, verses task driven; focus at the strategic level and building relationships
• Strong oral and written communication skills and high degree of comfort explaining complex ideas
