Job Summary

A consumer electronics company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Backend Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing scalable backend systems while following and promoting SDLC best practices
  • Optimize systems for maximum speed and reliability
  • Coordinating with front end engineers to establish JSON based APIs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of general experience in software programming in any of Go, Java, and C++
  • Good understanding of software engineering practices, Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Solid knowledge in distributed systems and multi threading
  • Experience with Linux and Unix
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong experience in scalable backend development
