Job Summary
An information technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Billing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist with integration administrative work on customers’ accounts
- Review service orders
- Review contracts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years accounts receivable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with the billing, cash application and collection functions at a colocation or telecommunication company
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Customer service skills
