Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based field service management solutions is seeking a Remote Technology Customer Success Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Define and execute regularly updated account plans
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 30-40%
- 5+ years experience as an account executive selling SaaS Enterprise Software
- Experience managing your business on a monthly basis vs. quarterly / yearly
- In-depth experience in all aspects of a SaaS renewal processes
- Ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business and IT executives
