Job Summary
An internet technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Success Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Define and build out a highly productive and efficient team of customer success managers
- Develop onboarding, expansion and renewals playbooks to help ensure customers realize the full value of the platform
- Build strong internal partnerships with cross functional teams inside and beyond the customer success organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years consulting, account management, customer success or sales experience
- Experience building process and have worked with systems for tracking and leveraging produce usage data
- Experience with a focus on customer happiness and retention
- You have proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts
- You have an aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability
