A company offering QR technology solutions for companies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Lead in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Increase customer retention and reduce the time required to onboard new partners
- Engage newly launched customers as well as prospective customers to ensure adoption and continued usage
- Support our clients marketing and operations teams
