Job Summary
A Series A tech company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive customer/account adoption to exceed retention and expansion quota
- Develop a Joint Success Plan to exceed the customer’s business objectives
- Perform periodic business reviews with customers to confirm satisfaction
