Job Summary

An IT solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Develops and delivers quarterly business reviews
  • Builds and submits required rebate documentation to the partners
  • Develops mutually agreed upon customer success plan

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • There are approximately 10% travel requirements for this position
  • Working knowledge of Cisco tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of five to ten years of customer service, customer success, and/or project management experience
