An entertainment marketing technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Vice President in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Increasing renewal rates and reducing churn
  • Assisting the Sales organization by expanding revenue in key accounts
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services or similar
  • Proven ability to scale a world-class Customer Success organization
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Ability to mobilize entire organization around a solid customer journey
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Ability to align with internal stakeholders
