An entertainment marketing technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Customer Success Vice President in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Increasing renewal rates and reducing churn
- Assisting the Sales organization by expanding revenue in key accounts
- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services or similar
- Proven ability to scale a world-class Customer Success organization
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Ability to mobilize entire organization around a solid customer journey
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Ability to align with internal stakeholders
