Job Summary
A publishing company is in need of a Remote Technology Customer Support and Analytics Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Training through a broad range of functions and providing exceptional service
- Serving as the first point of phone and email contact for our internal and external contacts
- Answering inquiries relating to a variety of product information and problem resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent PC skills that includes Microsoft Office suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
