A computer, electronics, and mobile device company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Support Representative in Athens.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing extraordinary customer service
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing information and resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Enrolled in a participating university
- Ability to work between 4:00 p.m CST and 10:30 p.m. CST
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload minimum
