Job Summary

A computer, electronics, and mobile device company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Support Representative in Athens.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing extraordinary customer service
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing information and resolutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a participating university
  • Ability to work between 4:00 p.m CST and 10:30 p.m. CST
  • Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload minimum
