Job Summary

A social care network and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Support school nurses and help them become experts in student health management
  • Help implement our EHR in school districts across the country

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or another customer-facing role
  • The ability to troubleshoot/problem solve and work well with multiple teams/stakeholders
