A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Customer Support Specialist.

  • Respond and resolve inquiries accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years customer support experience or similar client-facing experience
  • Experience using a ticketing system (Zendesk, Salesforce etc)
  • Available on weekends
