Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Global Service Desk Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing supporting services for Problem Management
  • Driving the importance of effective customer service and technology service management
  • Effectively measuring user satisfaction with IT services

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
  • Minimum 15-years’ experience in a technical service-related field
  • A minimum of 7+ years proven work experience as a people manager
  • Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams
  • Project management experience
  • Solid technical background
