Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Global Service Desk Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Developing supporting services for Problem Management
Driving the importance of effective customer service and technology service management
Effectively measuring user satisfaction with IT services

Position Requirements Include:

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
Minimum 15-years’ experience in a technical service-related field
A minimum of 7+ years proven work experience as a people manager
Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams
Project management experience
Solid technical background
