A technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Global Service Desk Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing supporting services for Problem Management
- Driving the importance of effective customer service and technology service management
- Effectively measuring user satisfaction with IT services
Position Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Minimum 15-years’ experience in a technical service-related field
- A minimum of 7+ years proven work experience as a people manager
- Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams
- Project management experience
- Solid technical background
