Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Lead Quality Assurance Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the design and implementation of a test automation framework
• Managing test data and the data driven approach for the test practice
• Planning, documenting, reviewing and executing testing using the most appropriate methodology and tools

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years quality assurance experience with a thorough knowledge of testing methodologies, industry tools and best practices
• Experience working with CI tools
• Experience with quality assurance processes and deliverables in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring quality assurance engineers to ensure quality standards are met across the entire team
• Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root cause utilizing tools
• Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approach
