Job Summary
A global Elearning technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Onboarding Enablement Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and managing the first weeks of all new hire onboarding across all roles in the revenue organization
- Partnering with Revenue teams as well as cross functional stakeholders in Product, Operations and Product Marketing
- Supporting the broader revenue enablement strategy and drive your unique strategic initiatives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience in Sales, Revenue Enablement or corporate training
- Experience with modern training and engagement techniques
- Track record of developing successful programs to accelerate the performance of B2B customer facing teams
- Outstanding facilitation skills and ability to take a large audience on a journey while presenting
- Proven success in full cycle sales or customer service role
- Strong work ethic and intense will to win
