Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Technology Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with on-boarding agents to assure all client protocols are maintained during technical setups
  • Provide general technical support to the Agent community
  • Coordinate with incoming agents and the Technical Resource Expert Team

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to study and understand program technology requirements
  • A minimum of 2 combined years call center and PC technical support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple programs and perform tasks with great attention to detail
