Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technology Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and improve internal processes and communications
• Create workflows, knowledge articles, and other collateral for self-service
• Identify any key logistics issues

Required Skills:

• Efficient administration and people management skills
• 5+ years' experience in operations management and/or people operations
• Experience with operations management in a rapidly expanding company
• In-depth knowledge of industry-leading tools for documenting and communicating key concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
