Job Summary

A developer of social technology infrastructure needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Operations Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor incoming technical and data support tickets
  • Triage technical issues related to user platform and assign to appropriate teams
  • Work hands-on with analysis and resolution of issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • In depth knowledge of Jira configuration and Service Desk
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understand the business processes and how it impacts technical operations
