A shared continuous integration and continuous delivery platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology People Partner.

Must be able to:

• Solve complex organizational challenges using people-related solutions
• Partner with our executive engineering leaders to create a comprehensive people plan
• Be a partner and trusted advisor to leaders and managers

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting Software Engineering teams
• Experience driving key people programs and processes
• Experience with change management and comfortable operating
• Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to perform root cause analysis
• Problem management expert, able to effectively diagnose problems quickly
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
