Job Summary
A communications technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Platform Customer Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing customers a single point of contact for Customer management
- Working with customers to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure
- Ensuring customers understand their obligations in regard to service deliverables
Qualifications for this position include:
- Under 25% travel
- 5+ years customer service/support experience
- Basic financial acumen
- Computer skills (I.e. MS Office suite)
- Customer Satisfaction mindset
