A communications technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Platform Customer Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing customers a single point of contact for Customer management
  • Working with customers to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure
  • Ensuring customers understand their obligations in regard to service deliverables

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Under 25% travel
  • 5+ years customer service/support experience
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Computer skills (I.e. MS Office suite)
  • Customer Satisfaction mindset
