Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technology Product Owner Leader in Jacksonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring and developing Product Owners
- Guiding Product Owners in how to execute on agile principles and processes
- Guiding Product Owners in breaking out Features and Capabilities into effective Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Seasoned servant leader who develops other leaders
- Understands SAFe/Lean-Agile principles and practices and can adapt to both team and train level activities and practices
- Excellent leadership, employee development, mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, team, conflict management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
