Job Summary
A technology-based solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Technology Product Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide training to customers
- Assist customers in the setup and configuration of projects and features
- Respond to service requests via all channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years previous experience in a client service or product support environment
- Strong technical aptitude and learning agility
- High school diploma required
