Job Summary

A company that designs and develops dedicated branded experiences is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Product Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead our Product team including Product Designers, Product Owners, and Product Marketers
• Design the organization, determine where the gaps are, what hires are needed
• Define what success is, set goals, and build a system where we can measure our performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 15+ years of experience designing and building products
• 10+ years of experience leading teams with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring
• Experience managing managers
• Proven track record of continuous career growth progression
• Strong track record of building and motivating high performing teams
• Strong background in product design and product management especially with sophisticated B2C products
