A healthcare technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Professional Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with 3rd party vendors/partners to enable integrated services
- Working closely cross-functionally to drive customer value; and to resolve technical or process related questions
- Documenting progress and updates in Salesforce and GuideCX
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management skills
- 2+ years experience in implementation and/or other tech related operational roles
