A healthcare technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Professional Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with 3rd party vendors/partners to enable integrated services
  • Working closely cross-functionally to drive customer value; and to resolve technical or process related questions
  • Documenting progress and updates in Salesforce and GuideCX

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • 2+ years experience in implementation and/or other tech related operational roles
  • Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment with new challenges
  • Track record of strong customer focus and uncompromising integrity
