Job Summary

A healthcare software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Program Success Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Tier 1 support for customer issue tickets
  • Providing Tier 1 support for issues raised by the internal navigation team
  • Organizing and prioritizing issue and product enhancement tickets

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
