Job Summary
A healthcare software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Program Success Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Tier 1 support for customer issue tickets
- Providing Tier 1 support for issues raised by the internal navigation team
- Organizing and prioritizing issue and product enhancement tickets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College degree in relevant field of study
- Experience working in an operations or support role
- Ability to proactively manage deadlines as well as independently identify and solve problems
- Ability to identify trends and patterns in issues in order to find solutions
