Job Summary
A technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Quality Assurance Clerk.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure deliverables are submitted accurately and on time
- Document and track the delivery of program deliverables
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the program Quality Management System
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ of related experience
- Experience providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project or task
- Experience preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems
- Experience auditing internal policies/procedures and recommending process improvement initiatives
- Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project or task(s) associated with quality assurance and compliance
