Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process on assigned roles
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline and identify new sourcing opportunities
• Work with hiring managers on interview preparation and hiring processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Track record of success filling roles at all levels
• Experience scheduling and managing applicant tracking systems
• Ability to regularly provide reports on hiring status to leadership and hiring managers
• Ability to establish strong relationships with candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication
