Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process on assigned roles
- Build a diverse candidate pipeline and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Work with hiring managers on interview preparation and hiring processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Track record of success filling roles at all levels
- Experience scheduling and managing applicant tracking systems
- Ability to regularly provide reports on hiring status to leadership and hiring managers
- Ability to establish strong relationships with candidates
- Strong written and verbal communication
