An engineering and technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Sales Enablement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying a strategic vision for sales training and enablement
- Developing and managing the strategy and execution of Sales Enablement projects
- Establishing a sales onboarding program and build a new hire training curriculum
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of sales enablement experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot
- 2-4 years of managing experience (5-10 reps)
- Performance and track record of a successful sales process
- Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
- Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment
