Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Sales Enablement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and facilitating onboarding of new hires across AEs, SDRs, CS reps
  • Working with management to identify training needs
  • Designing, developing and delivering training programs for our team in accordance with the needs identified

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience delivering high impact sales training in a tech company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development theory and methodologies
  • Foundational Sales Knowledge: the skills (cold emailing, cold calling, social media selling, nurturing, demoing, negotiating, closing etc.)
