Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience building and managing highly successful and talented SMB sales teams
- 3+ years experience selling to SMBs, owning sales cycles under 1 month in a high energy environment
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success managing an outbound sales team across all areas of the sales cycle
- Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
