A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching your team to prospect leads, hit KPI targets and drive volume
  • Enabling the team to navigate prospect charts to win conversations with key decision makers
  • Providing deal support

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years experience building and managing highly successful and talented SMB sales teams
  • 3+ years experience selling to SMBs, owning sales cycles under 1 month in a high energy environment
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success managing an outbound sales team across all areas of the sales cycle
  • Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
  • Motivated by helping people grow
