Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote Technology Sales Operations Specialist in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
- Presenting price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles
- Determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Annual company overnight retreat
- 4+ years of Sales Operations experience (technology industry)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients
- Team player who is self-motivated, shows initiative, anticipates and prevents issues by executing advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with international sales purchase orders
