A software development company specializing in customer service and engagement has a current position open for a Remote Technology Senior Contract Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining contact templates, playbooks and processes that help the commercial transactions practice
  • Managing translations of work product into multiple languages in coordination with internal team members
  • Developing written resources and processes that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree required with 5+ years experience of contract management experience
  • Experience developing and maintaining efficient processes for a busy commercial legal team
  • High degree of tech savvy with the ability to complete projects quickly, independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to glean insights from verbal conversations with internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management and execution skills
  • Strong experience in developing, implementing and using legal department technology solutions
