A computer company is in need of a Remote Technology Service Management Senior Advisor in the Boston Area.
Must be able to:
- Act as single point of contact for all support requirements

- Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience or equivalent experience
- 4+ years enterprise experience with data center technologies
