Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Technology Site Reliability Engineering Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical leadership as well as people management responsibilities to a team
- Building out and implementing our incident management process
- Performing incident commander responsibilities while coaching the team to be able to do the same
Position Requirements Include:
- experience working on a fast-growing SaaS platform, either as an SRE or in a lead position
- 2 years of management experience
- Experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer
- Strong programming skills
- Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying anomalous system behavior, and resolving root cause of service issues
