A financial services company specializing in personal loans has an open position for a Remote Technology Software Engineer Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a team of engineers across products web and mobile technologies while utilizing Agile principals engineering team
  • Leading a team of engineers across products web and mobile technologies while utilizing Agile principals
  • Breaking down projects into reasonable MVPs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of engineering experience and 3 years of leading or managing engineers in an Agile environment
  • Ability to interface with and influence other technical teams in support of broader goals
  • 3+ years of Ruby on Rails or Python experience
  • 2+ years of web application technologies such as Angular, React, Ember or Node
  • Experience in guiding development of observable systems with robust metrics and alerts
  • Overseeing build and consumption of RESTful APIs
