Job Summary
An IT solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technology Solutions Service Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships
- Handle incoming phone calls related to rideshare/delivery requests
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be comfortable with computer applications including online website dashboards (specific dashboard training will be provided)
- 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
- Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
- Must be comfortable with working with VOIP phone system (specific software/technology training will be provided)
