Job Summary

A computer, electronics, and mobile device company is in need of a Remote Technology Support College Program Advisor in Tucson.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet customers' needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be enrolled at a university in the U.S.
  • Availability to attend approximately six to nine weeks of required online training
  • Flexibility to work 3, four-hour shifts, on weekdays, between the hours of 4:00p and 10:30p CST
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
  • Successfully complete initial training
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while in conversation with customers
