Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services is in need of a Remote Telecom Contract Tech Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning, developing and executing on recruitment strategies to enable the business to meet headcount growth plans
- Creating and implementing recruiting strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Leveraging social media to enhance our employer brand
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous Technical Recruiting experience within a Telecom provider is an absolute must have
- At least 5+ years of technical recruiting (US and Canada)
- Demonstrated track record of success in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
