Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Telecom Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, etc
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer voice and data issues across networks
- Using customer service skills to assist customers with products and services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 12mb upload speed and 18mb download speed
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards and participate in workspace audits
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
