Job Summary
A multinational conglomerate holding company has an open position for a Remote Telecommunications Customer Sales and Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues
- Assist customers with products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have verified internet service and an established dedicated work area
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards and participate in workspace audits
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
