A company that provides medical managed care services is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Engineer 3.

Must be able to:

• Coordinate, review, and perform all moves, adds, and changes
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot current telecom technologies
• Perform WebEx Site and user management administration

Required Skills:

• 5+ years working experience in managing VoIP telephony and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of network administration
• Experienced with video conferencing system configurations and conference rooms setup
• Experienced with WebEx and Intercall conferencing administration
• Experienced with vendor management
• Proficient user of office productivity software
